Ashley Storms - Director
Is very excited to be the Co-Director of Energy Dance Arts. Ashley has been involved in the dance community for over twenty years. She discovered her passion for dance at an early age, winning “Dancer with the Most Potential” for her first solo at the age of 6. Ashley continued to pursue and excel at all forms of dance, which culminated in winning “Female Dancer of the Year” at the American Dance Awards in her final two years of competitive dance.

Dance had also been her major in elementary school at the Claude Watson School for the Arts and in high school at Cardinal Carter Academy for the Arts. It wasn’t until graduation from high school that she knew that she would have dance in her life forever. Her undergraduate studies continued at Simon Fraser University in British Columbia in their prestigious Contemporary Dance Program and finished with her Bachelor of Fine Arts with Honours in Dance at York University in Toronto, Ontario.

Ashley has traveled extensively as both a dancer and as a teacher. Most recently she has been performing as a dancer and dance captain for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines on the largest two cruise ships in the world. Ashley’s energy and enthusiasm are contagious and her students have achieved excellence in all areas of dance. Ashley is thrilled to be one of the directors of Energy Dance Arts, and looks forward to using her creative expertise in choreography and in teaching dance at the long anticipated Energy Dance Arts Studio.
